Stablecoins
- Balances are carried forward to each month end. Issuers that file quarterly (Tether) keep the last reported figures in place until the next attestation, so monthly points between reports are unchanged, not newly observed.
- Circle, Paxos, Ripple, WLFI, Agora, and First Digital are monthly: two report dates in the same calendar month are one attestation, not two filings.
- Figures are measured in USD: EUR reserve cash uses the report-date EUR/USD print; circulating EURC uses the token price.
- Maturity covers disclosed treasury instruments only: Tether has never published instrument detail.
