HTX DAO is a decentralized platform that governs an open finance and decentralized token economy. Governed by its community through HTX tokens, it operates on principles of decentralized decision-making and smart contract-based administration.

History

HTX DAO was officially created on January 18, 2024, evolving from the Huobi (HT/HTX) community structure to a DAO. The initial $HT-to-$HTX token conversion channel opened for all holders at the end of January, fully migrating exchange benefits to the new DAO governance model.

In December 2024, the HTX DAO official forum went live, supporting educational, proposal, and governance campaigns - expanding on the Learn & Earn structure to increase contributor rewards and community engagement.

In September 2025, HTX released it's refreshed whitepaper.

In October 2025, HTX DAO and HTX Ventures were featured as prominent Gold Sponsors of the TOKEN2049 Afterparty event, co-hosted by Tron and HTX DAO. Another major highlight of this grand celebration was the landmark collaboration with $TRUMP, which was the diamond sponsor of both the Miss HTX Season 3 global contest and the HTX DAO x TRON TOKEN2049 Afterparty.
