Flap is an onchain token launch protocol, primarily used on BNB Chain, that lets anyone create and trade new tokens on a bonding curve without seeding liquidity. Tokens that complete the curve migrate automatically to PancakeSwap V3, and creators can issue tax tokens whose trading taxes are routed to treasuries, community incentives, or custom vault contracts.
Flap originated as a winning ETHGlobal hackathon project, initially built on Blast as an NFT bundle marketplace. In 2024 the team relaunched it as a bonding-curve token launchpad on BNB Chain. It later expanded into what it calls a programmable launchpad, supporting both standard and tax tokens with creator-set rates of 1%, 3%, 5%, or 10%, plus a vault specification that lets developers deploy custom tax-management contracts. No founders or development company are publicly disclosed.
