About

Cycle Network is an omni-chain blockchain protocol designed to serve as a bridgeless liquidity and settlement layer for multiple blockchains, including Layer 1s, Layer 2s, EVM-compatible, and non-EVM chains. Key features include:

  • Chain Abstraction & Bridgeless Interoperability
  • Settlement Layer
  • Rollin/Rollout APIs & SDK

History

Cycle Network publicly launched in 2023, introducing a liquidity abstraction protocol designed to enable instant, chainless liquidity settlement for any network or decentralized application via secure, verifiable chain abstraction.

In January 2024, the team debuted the Starfish testnet for EVM chains, enabling early dApp testing. Throughout 2024, Cycle built core infrastructure allowing DEXs and asset management platforms to integrate Cycle Unit - a decentralized custody and settlement architecture - opening universal deposits, withdrawals, and real-time on-chain reconciliation for native assets across all chains.

The protocol executed multiple successful product deployments, including the mainnet release of Cycle Unit and flagship integrations with Golden Goose (hybrid yield dApp) and Piggy Bank (all-chain asset management with seamless multi-chain investing).

Mid-2024 saw the platform expand airdrop campaigns and partner utility, rolling out Genesis Box minting with projects like IoTeX, Artela, Berachain, and PumpBTC as part of a larger campaign to encourage community participation and secure ecosystem adoption.

By July, Cycle Network had attracted over 300K users through its bridgeless tools and events, enabled nearly 190K bridgeless asset mints via the Piggy Bank campaign, and expanded partnerships with projects like BEVM and IoTeX to boost liquidity and DePIN ecosystem growth.

In September, the team co-hosted a $50K prize pool event with 10 projects (such as KakarotZK, UXLINK) at Korea Blockchain Week (KBW) and TOKEN2049. Aimed at promoting omni-chain dApp building and networking.

By February 2025, Cycle Network’s Alpha mainnet went live, an event that inaugurated the pre-TGE phase. At alpha launch, Cycle also rolled out incentive programs, including testnet rewards, developer bounties, and early user contests, to stimulate network activity.

By August 2025, the $CYC airdrop checker went live, in partnership with Mellow Protocol for Cycle Vault staking. At the same time, Cycle Network's TGE for its native token $CYC took place, marked the official launch of the token and coincided with initial exchange listings. $CYC was listed on major platforms including Binance Wallet, Bitget, KuCoin, and MEXC.

In September, the team attended KBW 2025 with Duck Chain for "The Crypto Bash", announcing CycleUnit. In October, the team launched a beta campaign called "Berachain Honey Boxes," aimed at promoting its ecosystem. The campaign appears to involve community engagement and possibly incentivization, although specific details are limited in the available content. In November, the team partnered with MyShell AI for AI-powered liquidity routing.
