COTI is an Ethereum Layer 2 that enables private computation for transactions and smart contracts using garbled circuits integrated with MPC. Core components include full nodes, a sequencer, MPC executors, a garbler, and a GC manager for storing garbled circuits. Developers can deploy privacy-enhanced EVM contracts and issue private ERC-20 and ERC-721 tokens, with tooling such as SDKs and a MetaMask Snap.
