💸 Ripple sold $129M worth of XRP in Q4 of 2018
Ripple sold $129.03 million worth of $XRP in Q4 2018, according to the XRP Markets report. Of that sum, $40.15 million was sold as institutional direct sales by a Ripple subsidiary. A total of 30 new exchanges listed Ripple in Q4, along with nine exchanges making XRP as a base pair against other cryptocurrencies. The report also showed XRP had the lowest daily returns volatility since Q4 2016, averaging five percent.
