👨‍⚖️ Ripple class action lawsuit expected to drag into 2020

According to lawyer Jake Chervinsky, the class action lawsuit against Ripple ($XRP) could drag into 2020. The federal court schedule was recently released and laid the ground rules and dates for the suit. Notably, Ripple will have to file a substantive response to the plaintiffs, represented by Scott & Scott Attorneys at Law, for the first time since the case opened. Chervinsky says he "won't be surprised if there's a motion to dismiss still pending before the court one year from today."
