Off The Grid - Gunning For Mass Adoption

Primer

After over $9 billion invested in the Web3 gaming industry since 2015, the sector has finally achieved what some thought impossible: a truly AAA Web3 game.

After five years in development, Gunzilla Games' Off the Grid officially launched in early access on PC and console on October 8. Since then, over 6 million addresses have been created on the GUNZ testnet—Gunzilla's Avalanche L1—reaching a peak of nearly 900,000 DAUs on October 11.

Though there’s not yet a liquid token to gain direct exposure to this success, the market has responded by driving up the price of $PERC—the token of a DAO that purchased $250,000 of nodes on the GUNZ network—by over 500%.
