Maker discloses “critical update” to its governance voting contract

The Maker Foundation has announced the discovery of a critical issue in its governance voting contract. Owners behind approximately 190 addresses that have staked Maker ($MKR) have been advised to move tokens back into personal wallets. According to Zeppelin, the auditor that discovered the issue, the "vulnerability has now been fixed" and that "the security of the MKR token contract is not affected by our findings."
