Ethereum Classic ($ETC) developers are looking to delay the next network hardfork, Atlantis, over one of the ten proposals outlined, EIP 170. The proposal in question limits the size of smart contract code per transaction and was originally designed by Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin. After the developer's call, no decision on when to implement the upgrade was agreed upon leaving the update in limbo.
