🎁 ETC 51% attacker returns $100,000

Cryptocurrency exchange Gate.io had $100,000 worth of Ethereum Classic ($ETC) returned after the recent 51% attack by the attacker. The 51% attacker doublespent $1.1 million, but has returned a portion for unknown reasons. Gate.io ha reached out to the attacker but has received no response. Since the attack, ETC users have upped transaction fees to disincentive attacks.
