M&A Activity

Pump.fun acquired Vyper

Pump.fun acquired Vyper, a crypto trading terminal and portfolio management tool, as part of a broader effort to consolidate user-facing trading infrastructure within its ecosystem. Following the acquisition, Vyper’s infrastructure will be migrated to Trading Terminal, and Vyper will begin winding down core product functionality starting February 10, 2026, with limited features such as private key exports and wallet tracking remaining available.

Bitwise Asset Management acquired Chorus One

Bitwise Asset Management agreed to acquire institutional staking provider Chorus One, expanding its suite of yield-generating crypto products and deepening its staking capabilities for spot crypto holders. The deal adds Chorus One’s ~$2.2 billion in staked assets and positions staking as a core growth pillar within Bitwise’s broader asset management platform amid accelerating consolidation across the crypto industry.

Bed Bath & Beyond acquired Tokens.com

Bed Bath & Beyond acquired Tokens.com to launch a unified platform connecting traditional real estate finance with tokenized asset liquidity, aiming to simplify ownership, valuation, and regulated access to liquidity across real-world and onchain assets. Tokens.com will become a wholly owned subsidiary, with the platform expected to launch by July 1, 2026, subject to closing.
