🚀 Coinbase appears to have launched new international payments service; promotes use of XRP & USDC
A link on crypto exchange Coinbase seems to promote a new international payment service supported by Ripple ($XRP) and Circle's stablecoin USDC. The service, technically not a remittance service, allows for zero fee transfers of crypto from Coinbase-to-Coinbase accounts and on-chain fees for transfers to third parties redeemable at terminus in local currency. According to The Block's investigation, the link may only be for educational purposes.
