Three time Wyoming State Representative Tyler Lindholm is leading the regulatory battle out West by passing three consequential blockchain laws within the last year. To Lindholm, the legislation is a means to bring the new digital economy to Wyoming. And it is already working: Kraken's CEO has taken a closer look, Cardano ($ADA), and ConsenSys has looked at moving individual projects out West. Other states, notably Colorado, Arizona, and Missouri, have also copied or are looking at coping Lindholm's work. Pushing for regulatory innovation on the state-side is putting pressure on the Federal government, an unexpected outcome.
