Zouzoukwa is a project promoting African cultures through emojis. It started in 2018 as a daily Instagram challenge, creating emojis representing elements of African cultures. The project expanded to an app allowing users to use these emojis as stickers on WhatsApp. Currently, Zouzoukwa is developing a community platform for young Africans to contribute and create custom emoji packs.
