Ocelot Labs is developing a modular Layer-2 blockchain solution for the Celo ecosystem. The project aims to transition Celo from Layer 1 to an L2 rollup built with Celestia. Its Mezcal testnet has been deployed on Optimism’s OP Stack in preparation for Celo’s modular future.
