KyrosFi is a decentralized liquid restaking protocol built on the Solana blockchain, utilizing the Jito infrastructure. It enables users to restake assets like JTO and SOL to participate in the network. A key feature is the TipRouter, which manages MEV tip distribution on Solana, using tokens such as kySOL and kyJTO to facilitate this process. The kySOL token, a restaking token, allows users to earn an annual percentage yield on their SOL holdings, alongside accumulating KyrosFi points.
Users can deposit kySOL into platforms like Exponent Finance to gain additional points. The protocol focuses on providing flexibility for staking and restaking, allowing users to earn rewards without locking up their tokens for extended periods. KyrosFi also supports earning MEV rewards, which are derived from transaction ordering opportunities on the blockchain. While primarily a restaking solution, it integrates with Solana’s ecosystem to enhance yield opportunities for users.
In October 2025, Kyros introduced liquid restaking tokens (VRTs) including kySOL and kyJTO, which are already used to secure the TipRouter Node Consensus Network (NCN), generating over $1M in rewards for restakers. The roadmap targets at least four live NCNs and more than four VRTs in 2026.
