Kintsu is a composable liquid staking protocol that converts staked Monad and Hyperliquid gas tokens into transferable sTokens. Depositors send MON or HYPE to the stake pool and receive sMON or sHYPE, which track their share of the vault and can be traded or used as collateral in other protocols. Kintsu maintains an on-chain validator registry, routes stake across participating validators, coordinates unstaking and cooldown periods, and updates redemption ratios as staking rewards and protocol fees are reflected in the total pool.
