Eristica is building a video platform for peer to peer challenges. Users take on challenges from their friends, prove them on video and earn digital currency for winning.
Eristica was founded in 2016 with the goal to create a video platform where any user is able to create entertaining video content and monetize it through ERT tokens. In 2016, Eristica released its initial application on Google play and iTunes.
At the start of 2017, Eristica joined the Mobile Only Accelerator (MOX) program founded by the SOSV fund, and subsequently completed a funding round with SOSV. On February 2, 2018, Eristica completed its ICO raising $3.2 million in exchanges for ERT tokens.
The company released Eristica 3.0 in 2018 followed by an iOS version later that same year. In 2019 the Eristica team rebranded Eristica to Dare App and launched in the HUAWEI App store.
