eBitcoin is a tokenized version of Bitcoin on the Ethereum blockchain. Instead of forking Bitcoin, as many projects decided to do in 2017, eBitcoin chose to model many of Bitcoin’s design principles as an ERC-20 compliant token built on Ethereum. The project describes the token as “as a tokenized version of Bitcoin’s core ideals on Ethereum.”
