DIGITALAX is a digital fashion platform that aims to bring the fashion industry to the metaverse. It allows designers to create fashion NFTs and game skins that can be sold to individuals in the metaverse or to third-party game developers and modders. Buying and selling of NFTs on the ecosystem will be facilitated by the $MONA token which will also be used as the governance token. The project is available on both Ethereum and Polygon networks.
Digital fashion is a nascent industry that struggles to connect assets created by the designers to the end-users due to the fractured nature of the ecosystem. DIGITALAX wants to change that by building the infrastructure that integrates the digital fashion ecosystem with the metaverse, VR, and gaming platforms. It aims to create a sustainable revenue model for the designers and creators of fashion items through the MonaVale ecosystem.
DIGITALAX built a new architecture called DFOS (Digital Fashion Operating System) for creating 3D fashion items on the blockchain and then directly deploying them on different end-user networks like gaming, VR, or other live 3D environments. Each digital fashion asset that's created on DFOS will become an ERC-721 NFT. This NFT can be sold to any interested party in exchange for MONA token, allowing the creator of the NFT to be rewarded for their work and allowing the buyer to quickly gain a new digital asset without having to create it on their own.
In addition to DFOS, the project has also created an esport platform called ESPA that allows gamers to purchase skins and other cosmetic items created by modders. The platform currently supports popular games like Minecraft and Among Us.
