History

Carbon is a stablecoin cryptocurreny pegged to a basket of whitelisted tokens that are introduced to the basket by Carbon governing members (e.g., the first whitelisted token is represented as WT0, "whitelisted-token-0"). The Carbon smart contract is updated any time a new asset is added to the basket, usually with a two-week delay. Carbon claims whitelisted tokens or assets are redeemable by users for cash at any time.
