Vader Protocol is a liquidity protocol with a native stablecoin (USDV). The protocol is anchored with slip-based fees automated market maker (AMM), protection against impermanent losses, synthetics, and a DAO governed protocol owned liquidity.

History

Vader is a liquidity protocol offering a hybrid algorithmic-collateralized stablecoin with a liquidity pool augmented by synthetic assets. The stablecoin offered by the Vader protocol is called USD velero stablecoin ($USDV), and the stablecoin is issued by burning Vader tokens. Vader liquidity pools use $USDV as the main settlement asset. Liquidity incentives provided by Vader finance impermanent loss protection guarantees, thus making the Vader protocol a more preferred liquidity pool for liquidity providers to take advantage of. The protocol is also an automated market maker(AMM) for liquidity providers with features like: 1. Continuous Liquidity Pools (CLP) - aimed at maximizing fees for liquidity providers. 2. Impermanent Loss Protection (ILP) - Vader guarantees a 100-day window to protect liquidity providers against impermanent losses. To safeguard long-term LPs over 100 Days. In addition, holders of synthetic assets generated on Vader are essentially single-sided LPs free from Impermanent Loss (IL). Finally, the protocol offers liquidity rewards aimed at bootstrapping the demand for USDV and Protocol-Owned Liquidity (POL) via Bond Sales. This ensures a steady buildup of the USDC backing. To summarise, Vader protocol offers a stablecoin with a mint-burn mechanism similar to $LUNA/$UST, an AMM similar to thorchain featuring(CLP and ILP), and a bond sale mechanism popularized by Olympus Pro.
