USD.AI is a synthetic dollar protocol that finances GPU-backed AI infrastructure through collateralized infrastructure credit and Treasury bill holdings for idle capital. It issues USDai, a non-yielding synthetic dollar token redeemable for stablecoins, and sUSDai, a staked yield-bearing token received by staking USDai and redeemable after an unstaking period. Loans are collateralized through CALIBER, an offchain and onchain tokenization registry for hardware and represents assets 1:1 as NFTs.
