Jarvis is a company that offers stablecoins and Forex services for decentralized finance. Their stablecoins, called jFIATs, are over-collateralized, stable, and liquid on-chain fiat currencies that provide exposure to various fiat currencies and access to liquidity, credit, yield, and other financial services. These stablecoins are natively deployed on multiple networks and can be used for trading, borrowing, earning yield, and as a liquidity infrastructure for other stablecoins. Jarvis aims to provide a stable and integrated ecosystem for decentralized finance.

History

Jarvis started as a trading platform to trade on multiple Exchanges and Brokers at the same time. It aims to unify all the market under a single roof, basically a platform connected to multiple venues through APIs. The projects ultimate vision is to interconnect brokers and exchanges to be able to convert BTC for AAPL, or to trade Forex with a deposit in LTC as example.

The project has completed important milestones such as:

  1. launched Margin protocol v0 on the mainnet and facilitated $20M of trades
  2. launched Synthetic protocol v1 on the testnet and getting closer to our audit for going to the mainnet
  3. 0-fee fiat on-ramp, no KYC, and instant, which has been used to buy +$40k of Dai and Eth
  4. received a few grants (aave, uma)
  5. closed a successful fundraising $1.2M
