Wyoming crypto-focused bill SF0125 passed in both chambers and now moves to the Governor's desk for approval. The bill defines digital assets as property and acknowledges banks as crypto custodians. Two other crypto related bills were passed in the house last week as well, marking Wyoming as a national leader in crypto related legislation.
