🏴 Wyoming lawmakers introduce bill for tokenized stock certificates
Wyoming Representative Jared Olsen, along with five fellow Representatives and two Senators, has put forward Bill 0185 to allow corporate stock-certificates to be tokenized and placed on a blockchain or other auditable database. The bill would amend a current law which only allows for paper certificates. If passed, the bill would go into effect July 1, 2019.
