👨⚖️ Widow of QuadrigaCX CEO denies hiding assets from crypto creditors
Jennifer Robertson, wife of deceased QuadrigaCX CEO Gerald Cotten, has asked for a restructuring specialist, Peter Wedlake of audit firm Grant Thornton, to take over the proceedings. Robertson pointed toward unwanted attention garnered from the ordeal and lack of experience as reasons for the request. QuadrigaCX also asked for a 45-60 day extension against lawsuit filings which has yet to be motioned on.
