Crypto wallet provider Blockchain has hired former Noble Bank chief compliance officer, Ben Melnicki, as its global regulatory counsel. Melnicki said that one opportunity to educate policymakers and push for effective legislation is with "engaging governments with open, permission-less ledgers."
