Voyager, a new entrant to the crypto space run by Uber co-founder Oscar Salazar and former E*Trade executive Stephen Ehrlich, has announced the launch of a New York based institutional trading arm for cryptoassets. Dubbed Voyager Institutional, the new firm will be led by Glenn Barber who previously served as managing director of equities and co-head of Deutsche Bankβs global program sales desk. Voyager's main trading platform, which plans to offer zero-fee trading and a proprietary routing engine that seeks the prices across dozens of exchanges, is currently in beta.
