The United Arab Emirates plans to allow initial coin offerings as a method of financing companies. Currently, the Emirates Securities & Commodities Authority (ESCA) is drafting regulations for ICOs with international advisers and is cooperating with the Abu Dhabi and Dubai stock markets in developing trading platforms.
