😟 U.S. investors lost $1.7 billion after selling bitcoin, but many don’t plan to deduct it. Here’s why they should.

According to a Credit Karma survey, 55% of Bitcoin ($BTC) investors do not think they need to report earnings or losses to the IRS based on how little they gained or lost. Credit Karma research reveals Bitcoin investors who sold last year lost some $1.7 billion at $718 per person. A separate question shows that 53% of investors will report, 35% do not plan to do so, and 19% are undecided for the upcoming tax season.
