🏛️ U.S. Congressman to host discussions around ICO regulation
Representative Warren Davidson of Ohio has invited 32 crypto organizations to a summit to discuss ICO regulations. A variety of businesses and non-profits including Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), Nasdaq, CME Group, Andreessen Horowitz, Union Square Ventures, Circle, Kraken, Ripple, and Coin Center have been invited to the discussions. Davidson is primarily seeking to help understand if tokens are secuties and if there are stuctures like true utility tokens that may not fall under SEC oversight.
