The Police Officers Retirement System and the Employee's Retirement System of Virginia's Fairfax County have become anchor investors in a new $40 million venture capital fund from Morgan Creek Digital. The VC fund will invest in blockchain related companies, some cryptocurrencies, and tokens that meet securities regulations.
