Token startup founder took steps to sue Lubin, ConsenSys for $13 million

Harrison Hines, former head of token launching platform Token Foundry has filed a complaint against his former for alleged fraud, breach of contract, unjust enrichment and unpaid profits according to New York court documents. The complaint, which seeks "monetary damages in the amount of $12,827,000 on the contract, quasi-contract and fraud claims plus $404,783 in unpaid profits," was filed in June. Hines has yet to file a formal lawsuit indicating that the matter could be negotiated out of court.
