💀 Thousands of crypto projects are already dead
According to Coinopsy and DeadCoins, over 1000 projects have already failed by 2018. The failures range from abandonware to scams. The high number of dead projects is most likely attributed to the fact that crypto projects have the potential for massive fundraising and hence attract a large number of scammers. Scams and dead ICOs have raised $1 billion in 2017.
