🙍♀️The blockchain industry's gender 'gap' is more like a canyon
Results from a new report published by blockchain research firm LongHash show that men far outnumber women on blockchain project teams. LongHash examined the team and advisor composition for 100 recent blockchain projects and found that 85 percent of the 1.062 team members were men. Men made up nearly 93 percent of executive positions while 37 of the startups had no women on the team at all.
