🙅 Tencent and SoftBank deny investments in Bitmain
Despite widely circulated reports of investments in mining services provider Bitmain both Tencent Holdings and SoftBank Group have publicly denied connections to the deal. A spokesperson for Tencent told CoinDesk that the firm was not involved with the investment while SoftBank confirmed that neither the parent nor the SoftBank Vision Fund had any involvement in the deal.
