ErisX has received the nod from the CFTC to physically settle futures in Bitcoin ($BTC) with the procurement of a DCO license on top of its prior DCM license. ErisX also received a 'no-action relief' letter from the CFTC on Part 39 of the Code of Federal Regulations, excusing them from certain oversight responsibilities.
