  • Active accounts rose 47.6% QoQ to 1,200; while cumulative accounts increased 9.4% to 143,700, signaling stronger retention and more consistent network participation even as new signups fell 45.7% QoQ to 13,800.
  • Following two quarters of rapid expansion, developer activity moderated, with new contracts down 57.6% QoQ to 182 and verified contracts down 65.0% to 57. Still, total verified contracts grew 17.6% QoQ to 437 as audited, production-ready deployments continued to rise.
  • Ecosystem visibility was accelerated through the $4 million VietBUIDL Hackathon, participation in AWS Cloud Day and Korean Blockchain Week, and the launch of community initiatives, including the U2U Ambassador Program.

Primer

U2U Network (U2U) is a Layer-1 (L1) blockchain platform designed for Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN) and real-world applications. Launched in 2023, it combines Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) architecture with Helios Consensus, which merges asynchronous Byzantine Fault Tolerance (aBFT) and Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS). This design enables high throughput, low latency, and enhanced security across a modular network of customizable subnets.

The U2U Chain is fully EVM-compatible, enabling developers to port and scale Ethereum-based applications while benefiting from U2U’s performance and cost efficiency. A key product in its ecosystem is U2DPN, a decentralized VPN built on mobile-first subnets to expand access to secure internet service.

The project is led by industry veterans, including Co-Founder Luu Tran and CEO Chloe Phung. With its foundation in Vietnam’s blockchain ecosystem and a broader global focus, U2U seeks to bridge physical and digital systems to support scalable, secure, and user-owned infrastructure. Financial Analysis

Market Cap

Financial activity in Q3 2025 normalized following U2U’s breakout market cap growth in Q2 2025 from $817,000 to $13.7 million. In Q3, U2U’s circulating market cap fell 30.0% QoQ, from $13.7 million in Q2 2025 to $9.6 million. In line with this broader trend of stabilization, the U2U token price fell 30.0% QoQ to $0.0063, mirroring broader market consolidation, while total transaction fees rose 171.0% QoQ to 359 U2U, showing increased onchain engagement. The circulating supply remained at 1.5 billion tokens. This pattern suggests that U2U’s valuation is shifting from speculative expansion to a more stable baseline, driven by ongoing integrations and active ecosystem programs.

Network Activity

U2U’s onchain activity surged in Q3, with new transactions up 685% QoQ to 7.9 million and active accounts rising 47.6% to 1,160, reflecting stronger engagement despite slower onboarding. New accounts fell 45.7% QoQ to 13,800, though account growth stabilized, indicating sustained network participation. Developer activity declined as new contracts dropped 57.6% QoQ to 182 and new verified contracts fell 65% to 57, though total verified contracts increased 17.6% to 437, as audited, production-ready deployments continued to rise. Overall, Q3 marked a shift for U2U from early experimentation to scalable network growth.

Accounts

New accounts refer to the number of unique wallets created on the Solaris mainnet during a specified period. They represent the entry point for users into the ecosystem, as each new wallet enables participation in staking, DeFi, NFTs, or DePIN applications. In Q3 2025, total new accounts declined 40.6% QoQ to 13,800, down from 23,200 in Q2, reflecting a slowdown in new user onboarding after the two prior quarters of strong growth. This contraction suggests that the initial wave of user acquisition tied to ecosystem launches and incentive programs has begun to taper.

Despite fewer new sign-ups, network engagement strengthened. Average daily active accounts rose 47.6% QoQ to 1,160, indicating that participation is consolidating among a more active core user base. Meanwhile, cumulative accounts reached 143,700 (+9.4% QoQ), underscoring steady long-term expansion even as short-term onboarding moderated.

Contracts

Contracts on U2U refer to smart contracts deployed on the mainnet that power decentralized applications across DeFi, staking, NFTs, and DePIN use cases. Verified contracts, which undergo additional checks or audits, indicate higher readiness for production deployment.

In Q3 2025, developer activity slowed down following strong expansion in Q2. Total new contracts fell 57.6% QoQ to 182, while verified contracts declined 65.0% QoQ to 57, as projects transitioned from build-out to optimization. This slowdown suggests that developers are focusing on refining existing applications and improving protocol stability rather than rapidly launching new ones.

System Performance

Transactions

Transactions on U2U measure the number of interactions recorded onchain, including token transfers, contract executions, and application activity. In Q3 2025, new transactions surged 685% QoQ to 7.9 million, up from 1.0 million in Q2, marking U2U’s strongest quarter of onchain activity to date. Total transactions reached 6.4 million (+135.6% QoQ), reflecting a breakout phase in real network usage. Growth was driven by major integrations and ecosystem events, including partnerships with DexTools, DCC, Staex, and Nubila, as well as the launch of the VietBUIDL Hackathon and participation in AWS Cloud Day and Korean Blockchain Week. These initiatives collectively expanded U2U’s footprint across DeFi, DePIN, and data-infrastructure use cases.

Total transaction fees rose 171.0% QoQ to 359 U2U, while the transaction success rate remained at nearly 100.0%, underscoring strong scalability and consistent reliability as load on the network rises. Overall, Q3 reflected U2U’s transition from early ecosystem deployment to sustained, utility-driven adoption across both developer and user communities.

Blocks & Gas

Average gas price rose modestly (+15.9% QoQ to 1.22 Gwei), reflecting increased network efficiency. The average block size climbed 53.5% QoQ to 977, corresponding with all-time high transaction volumes.

U2U’s underlying infrastructure continued to demonstrate strong performance as activity accelerated. Block production surged 64% QoQ to 7.4 million in Q3 2025, marking a new all-time high for the network. Average block times remained steady at 1.7 seconds, underscoring stable finality and robust validator performance even under increased load. Coupled with ongoing improvements in gas efficiency and transaction success rate, these results confirm U2U’s ability to scale throughput efficiently while maintaining low-cost, reliable operations.
