According to a report from local paper La Vanguardia the Spanish ruling party plans to introduce a bill for blockchain and cryptoasset regulation within a few days. The announcement was made by Partido Popular secretary Teodoro Garcia Egea during the opening ceremony for ISDE Blockchain and Law Research Center in Madrid. Though the details are unclear Garcia hinted at details like tax cuts for blockchain or crypto startups and promotion of education around the space.
