💰South Korean startup Presto to file constitutional appeal against local ICO ban

According to a report from South Korean media outlet Sedaily a local blockchain startup plans to file a constitutional appeal over the country's ban on initial coin offerings. The Presto platform focuses on offering token sale services for issuers through decentralized autonomous organization-based ICO's (DAICO's) which use smart contracts to give purchasers the ability to vote for a refund request if the project team does not execute on its goals. South Korea had notably banned all token sale activity in September 2017.
