💽 Sony patents hint at coming blockchain hardware
Electronics giant Sony filed two new patents for blockchain related applications including a hardware node. Unlike previous patents from the company these patents focus specifically on network nodes and methods to maintain them. While it is not clear if any products will be developed it could signal that Sony is joining other manufactures in creating crypto mining products.
