🇸🇬 Singapore wealth fund GIC invests in crypto exchange Coinbase
Coinbase's October funding round gained an investment from Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, the GIC Pte. The $300 million round was joined by Tiger Global Management, Wellington Management and Andreessen Horowitz with GIC previously left undisclosed. The most recent round pushed Coinbase's public valuation to $8 billion.
