Sign-ups surge 30% in 2019 for CME Bitcoin futures
Through June, CME Bitcoin ($BTC) futures client sign-ups are up 30% with 950 accounts added since January. The last week of June saw three accounts of over 25 BTC added, bringing the total to 49. “It’s most likely traders in the traditional finance industry using CME to take a long position off of news about Libra," Gryphon Labs Gareth MacLeod told CoinDesk.
