MERJ, a securities exchange that listed the first regulated security token on a national stock market will be distributing it's equity via an Initial Public Offering. The IPO is in partnership with Globacap and will be the first of its kind.
This is different from previously announced INX IPO as the security token offered rights to the company's cash flow but not equity in the company.
