The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a motion to compel and a motion for discovery sanctions against Dominic Lacroix and Sabrina Paradis-Royer, the founders of now-defunct ICO project PlexCoin. After filing initial charges against the project in 2017 the SEC had requested that all funds related to the sale be transferred to the court along with a list of investors that participated. To date the defendents have ignored these orders leading the SEC to push for sanctions.
