Robert A. Cohen, the former head of the SEC's cyber unit is moving into private practice as a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, a firm known for representing crypto companies like Coinbase. Cohen had served with the SEC for 15 years and was most recently overseeing the lawsuit against Kik Interactive.
