📝 SEC requests additional comments on Cboe Bitcoin ETF

Earlier today the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commision (SEC) released a notice requesting further comments on the proposed Chicago Board of Options Exchange (Cboe) Bitcoin ($BTC) ETF. The SEC was clear that they are not delaying their decision, but instead seeking additional input on the 18 points outlined in the proposal, specifically asking parties to address the sufficiency of the exchange’s statements in support of the proposal.
