Russia won’t ban the Libra, says Deputy Finance Minister
Russia's Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moisseev says the Federation will not ban Facebook's Libra cryptocurrency. Libra will be treated as any other digital asset or foreign currency. Moisseev pointed toward incoming crypto regulations for further questions.
